Service Description
Ready to dance?! Lindsay is a certified Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor with a lifelong love for dance. Fitness has been a big part of her life for the past 10 years. Prior to Turn Up, she taught group fitness at Strides, but nothing lights her up like dance. There’s just something about music that connects people, and when you come to class, you’ll see it! Her classes are high energy with a twist—you’ll groove, twerk and drop it low! It’s more than just a workout. It’s about creating a space where you can be unapologetically yourself. It’s about feeling strong, confident, and free to let loose without worrying about how you look. Come as you are and wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable! Whether it’s baggy sweatpants to help you really get low and move freely, or shorts and a t-shirt to keep cool, it’s all about what feels good for you. Just make sure to bring plenty of water and wear sneakers that you’re comfortable doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in. But don’t let the word “HIIT” scare you—this class is for everybody and every fitness level. It’s totally normal to feel nervous about coming to your first class—everyone feels that way at first! But every time, people leave laughing, smiling, and feeling more confident than when they walked in. And that’s the best part of it all.🫶🏽 See you on the dance floor!

Cancellation Policy
Class registration may be rescheduled/canceled online or via the app up to 3 hours before class start time. Should you cancel within the 3-hour window or miss a booked class a $15.00 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
