Service Description

This class is performed with the infrared panels on. Set to a non-traditional hip- hop centered yoga playlist, this high-energy all-levels class, will take you through a blend of physical postures, controlled bodyweight exercises, and stretching. This class will make you work, but you'll leave with a smile!

Class registration may be rescheduled/canceled online or via the app up to 3 hours before class start time. Should you cancel within the 3-hour window or miss a booked class a $15.00 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file.
