A PoundFit class is a high-intensity, cardio-focused workout that combines elements of Yoga, Pilates, drumming, and strength training. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, rock out to full-body movements that target various muscle groups. PoundFit is known for its fun, engaging approach to fitness, improving cardiovascular health, coordination, and muscle tone.
