A practice that will take you on a journey of deep relaxation, introspection, and inner exploration. In this class, we will delve into the profound and meditative aspects of yoga, focusing on stillness, surrender, and cultivating a sense of balance and harmony within. Yin Yoga is a passive and gentle style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, joints, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic and active yoga styles, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for an extended period, typically ranging from three to five minutes or even longer. This extended duration allows for a gradual release and opening of the body, facilitating a deep stretch and creating space for energy flow. In this next part of class, we invite you to embark on a journey of deep relaxation, self-discovery, and profound rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful technique that helps you achieve a state of conscious relaxation while maintaining a wakeful awareness. During our sessions, you will be guided through a series of gentle postures, breathwork, and guided visualizations, all designed to induce a state of deep relaxation and help you access your subconscious mind. Through this practice, you will have the opportunity to release physical, mental, and emotional tension, and experience a sense of profound calm and clarity.
