Service Description
In this advanced Level 2 class, you will continue to progress through the classical Pilates mat system as created by Joseph Pilates himself. You can expect a full-body workout that improves posture, coordination, balance, and strength in addition to building muscle tone. The use of various props assists in developing strong connections. Our goal is for students to finish class feeling energized and invigorated. Please note this class is not for beginners to classical Pilates.
