NEW TO MOVE

First of all, we are so glad you're here!

It takes a lot to make the first step, welcome to our community!

With our 2 Week Intro, all new students can try any class, with any teacher. This allows you to find what you connect with!

Each teacher has their own flavour, each class has its own style, and you have your own vibe!

If you’ve never practiced yoga or taken a group exercise class before, don't worry! With an "all ages and stages" mindset, our classes are meant to be accessible. We have an all-levels approach, meaning we can offer modifications, check in with the instructor beforehand if there is something you'd like them to be mindful of.

Keep in mind, we encourage each student to know their limits, listen to their body, and check with their doctor before starting.

To ensure your spot in class, pre-book online or via our app after you create your account and purchase your plan!

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • Normal exercise wear or whatever you’re comfortable sweating in

  • Filtered water is available, please bring your own bottle 

  • We highly recommend you bring your own mat but we have mats at the studio to rent if you forget yours

  • Some students prefer to bring their own props, towels, etc

  • We do not have lockers so please leave your valuables at home

  • Bring a beginner's heart, a pleasant disposition, and an open mind!

  • Check your ego at the door!  This isn't the Olympics, we are here for health and community 😊

*Please note doors open 15 minutes before class starts and there is no late admittance to classes once they are in session*
